Reiki — Beyond Relaxation More than a moment of relaxation, my Reiki sessions are an invitation to explore your inner world, reconnect with yourself, and open space for personal transformation. Each session unfolds intuitively, combining Reiki energy work with an exploration of emotions, beliefs, chakras, and spiritual insights that may arise during our time together. Rather than following a fixed structure, I create a supportive and non-judgmental space where you are invited to listen to yourself more deeply, explore recurring patterns, and connect with your own inner wisdom. Our time together includes an initial conversation, the Reiki practice, and space for reflection and integration. Duration: 120 minutes Contribution: €60–€120 (sliding scale — you choose your contribution within this range) Payment: After the session Languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish Reiki is a complementary spiritual practice for personal exploration and well-being. It does not replace medical or psychological care.
