My beliefs
Despite the names by which I am officially registered here in Berlin — Energetic-Spiritual Healer and Holistic Coach (as I am not allowed to use the word Therapist, as I would like to) — I do not claim to heal anyone. Who am I to do that?
But everything I have learned (and continue to study on this path) has shown me the power that exists within each of us. We are all part of this energy that creates everything that exists, and within us there is also this force capable of creating and transforming our own lives.
My work is to support you in breaking through blocks, clearing limiting beliefs, and reconnecting with this inner power — this God/Goddess, or whatever name feels true to you. Through this process, we begin to
heal what is not serving us, whether emotionally, mentally, spiritually or even physically.
And when we reconnect with this energy, we naturally begin to create and manifest a different reality for our lives. We release what makes us feel small and open space for feelings such as unconditional love, presence and gratitude.
Because we are all connected, when we begin to transform ourselves, this change also reflects in the world around us.
This is not just something I believe in theory — it is something I choose to live. And it is also why I offer Reiki and other spiritual andd holistic healing sessions in Berlin and online, supporting others in their own process of transformation.
Well, but now, who am I?
I am a Brazilian woman, who lived in Madrid for almost 8 years because it was her life's dream, but who suddenly, out of love, ended up in Berlin, a city she never even wanted to visit. Surprisingly today I am happier here than ever because I discovered that I don't need to look for my place in the world anymore - I feel like the world is already inside of me.
I live with my husband, Pedro, our little daughter and my two cats, Nina Simone and Bauman. I am an Aquarian, with Gemini ascendant and Moon in Libra, which means that I am a quite mental person.
At about 16 years old I took a course on the Lenormand's Deck; at 18 I discovered Yoga and Meditation; at 24, through the Afro-Brazilian religions, I assumed my mediumship; at 29, the first level of Usui Reiki and at 34 I received the title of Master of Usui Reiki and Karuna Ki; at 35 I learned about ThetaHealing; at 36 I began to study the Sacred Feminine, and at this same age Multidimensional Therapy appeared in my life. And that's just the beginning, because I'm sure I still have a long road in front of me.
And now? Should we continue this path of awakening of consciousness together?
